How We Run Tours
At Tour Entertainment Transportation every tour is assigned a dedicated Company Lead Driver. Their job is to keep the operation organized from first pickup to final load out. Lead Drivers help with on time arrivals in every city protection of gear clear communication with production and advance teams planning of load in and load out windows and solving problems before they become show issues. Behind each Lead Driver is our larger network of drivers and trucks so you can scale from a single truck to a multi truck tour without losing consistency.

Storage and Parking Pricing
Our warehouse and secured yard are located in Gallatin, Tennessee, just thirty minutes north of Nashville. We provide professional storage and logistics support for touring artists, production companies, and live event partners, including private band lockers, open warehouse space, and secured parking for trucks, buses, and trailers.

All lockers are located inside a secure, climate controlled warehouse designed specifically for touring equipment, production cases, and backline gear.
Open Warehouse Storage and Production Staging
Large open floor spaces are available for short term or long term storage, full production staging builds, and oversized gear. This option is ideal for touring productions, set builds, lighting rigs, and road cases that require flexible space.
Pricing is based on square footage, handling requirements, and length of stay. Touring and logistics partners may qualify for discounted rates.

Our 3-acre fenced and secured yard offers dedicated parking for tractors, trailers, tour buses, and production trailers with convenient access to our warehouse.
